Let's Remember

Let us salute their dedication

On this Remembrance Day, we salute the dedication of those who serve or have served Canada. Each year, Remembrance Day is an opportunity to remember the past in order to look to the future.

In this time of social isolation, it is more important than ever to keep in touch with our loved ones by promoting the use of technology that allows us to communicate at a distance.

The effects of physical distancing are numerous and the fact of talking by telephone or videoconference with our loved ones, although extremely beneficial, can make us aware of our diminished hearing.

A hearing health consultation is offered free of charge* in all Lobe clinics. A hearing health professional will then evaluate your hearing.

During this meeting, the professional will present you with the eligibility requirements of the coverage program offered by Veterans Affairs Canada. This program covers the acquisition of hearing aids and assistive listening devices, according to certain criteria.

If you have any questions about eligibility criteria, make an appointment with a hearing health professional practicing at the Lobe clinics by calling 1 866 411-5623.

*Permanent offer. 18 and over.
