Lobe supports the Défi Pierre Lavoie

April 10, 2012
For the third consecutive year, Lobe Santé auditive et communication supports the CyclO-R-L team by giving a 10,000$ check covering the teams admission fees. Therefore, any additional donations will be donated to the École oraliste pour enfants malentendants ou sourds.

The team is composed partially of Quebec City ENT doctors participating in the 1000 km event, the Grand Défi Pierre Lavoie. Christophe Grenier, an audioprosthetist working in the Lobe Santé auditive et communication multidisciplinary clinic in Thetford Mines, will be part of the team this year.

June 15, 16 and 17th 2012, Pierre Lavoie invites the bikers who are experienced and committed to the 1000 km event – this incredible manifestation of the Grand Défi Pierre Lavoie rallying all of Quebec for the past 3 years.

A spectacular biking marathon

Biking 1000 km in 60 consecutive hours from the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean to Montreal with major stops in Quebec City and several other cities in the province: this is the 1000 km event.

Each team must pair up with an elementary school of their choice. Of course, we give our support to our favorite school: the École oraliste de Québec pour enfants malentendants ou sourds.

École oralisteAll funds that are raised by the team, beyond the admission fees, will be donated directly to the school for the benefit of the children. Be generous to the children of the École oraliste de Québec pour enfants malentendants ou sourds and donate by visiting http://legdpl.com/le-1000-km/don-a-une-equipe and select CyclO-R-L.

Thank you on behalf of the children!
